Once your request is received, a store associate will call you directly to discuss and better understand your service issue. If needed, a Vito Italia associate will visit your home to investigate the issue, identify the next step for servicing your furniture, and, if needed, schedule an appointment with a service technician. Please note that service fees may apply.
